The map below shows the route of the out and back course.  The terrain is pretty flat.

 

 

 

 

Time Trials are the 2nd and 4th Wednesday during April – September

 

Time trials start at 6:15 PM - please arrive early to sign the participants waiver and line up for your start.  Most nights we send riders off at 1 minute intervals.

Our time trial course is not too hilly but everyone has to push a little to get up the overpass over I-88 shown above in a distant and a close up shot.

Hi all,

 

We've been watching the radar on TV and it looks like we have a good chance

of getting some heavy rain in the next hour or 2, so we're calling off the

time trial tonite. Hope this message gets to all of you before you leave for

the starting line.

June 28th, Due to the closing of Otsego County Route 48 after the flooding of Tuesday night and Wednesday there was no Time Trial held Wednesday evening. June 2006 we had 316% of a "normal" June's rainfall.

 

 

June 14th, A day with off and on rain that finally quit about 4:30 PM. Some of the course was still wet in the shade of the trees. Very little wind, humid and about 65 degrees.

Here's what the Time Trialists were seeing as they approached me. Some arrows in the road marking the turn around point which is marked by an X in the middle of the road. You can see that they are taking that moment of slowing down to catch their breath before heading back.
